Who we are
Shraddha SmartSteps After School Hub is an after-school programme by Shraddha International Pre-Schools, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. These terms apply when you book through this website.
Booking a place
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you can see it on your receipt. Until then the session is only held for you briefly while you pay, and it can be taken by someone else.
Fees
The fee shown on the activity page is the fee you pay. It covers the sessions listed in that plan, along with materials, equipment and trainer guidance. There is no separate registration charge.
Batches and timings
Sessions run Monday to Friday in the slots shown on each activity page. Batch sizes are deliberately small. If a batch is full we will say so on the page rather than take a booking we cannot honour.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel. We will do what we reasonably can to move you to another slot. Refunds are considered case by case; please speak to the desk.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel a session, we will offer a replacement session or a refund for that session.
While your child is with us
We provide a supervised, hygienic space and trained staff. Please tell us about any medical condition or allergy when you book, so we can look after your child properly.
Photographs
We sometimes photograph activities for our own records and publicity. Tell us when you book if you would prefer your child not to appear, and we will respect that.
Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. A payment is only treated as complete once their system confirms it to us.
