What this covers
This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on this website, which is run by Shraddha SmartSteps After School Hub, Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to hold a place and contact you about it:
- The student’s name and age
- A parent or guardian’s name, mobile number and, if you give one, an email address
- The activity, plan, date and session you book
- A payment reference from our payment provider
Why we hold it
To confirm your booking, prepare the gate pass, contact you about the session, and keep our own record of who attended. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Card and UPI payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. Your card details are entered on their system, not ours. We receive only the result of the payment and a reference number.
Who can see it
Only the SmartSteps staff who run admissions and the activity sessions. Our admin panel is password protected and is not reachable without signing in.
How long we keep it
For as long as your child attends, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
